(This winter vacation, I didn't do much. I studied a little, and hung out around the house.)
Here is a mouthful from Pimsleur's "Speak and Understand Essential Japanese":
あいにくしつれしなければんならないんです。
I think it means: "unfortunately if I do not excuse myself it will be an unfortunate thing." This is essentially the same as saying すみません in some situations. It is a mouthful.
